Hi guys,

So I started my journey in January at 230 and I am now wavering between 195 and 200 since May. I've been stuck here for about two months now and I can't seem to budge past 190. I am on Jenny Craig so eat between 1200 to 1400 cal per day with occasional cheat days. I use fruit infused water (strawberry and lemons) almost daily.

Exercise:
Snorkeling for an hour or more once a week
Paddling practice 3 times a week (about 500 cal burned)
Work on the weekends (about 200 cal burned)
Bodycombat at least once a week (600 cal burned)
A quick run once a week (150 ish cal burned)

I am super stuck! Can you suggest something to get my metabolism running again? Is my body just complacent? How do I kick start the weight loss again?

THANK YOU!!!!

Do you weigh ALL your solid food ( not using cups/spoons and serving sizes) ?

Is Jenny Craig all you're eating? Breakfast, lunch & dinner?

I'm going to let other people leave the advice, but wow - snorkeling - are you serious?

Jealous! That's a fun way to get a workout in.

What kind of cheat days? How often? What is your deficit goal? Etc.

I went back 30 days in your log. Since May 26, you've logged a full 7 days, what look like 6 partial or very low calorie days, and there are 11 days with no food logged at all. So you haven't logged 71% of those days. It's hard to see success when you only show up 30% of the time.

Ditto. Do you live in Hawaii?

This. If you aren't losing, it's possible that you're either eating more than you think you are, retaining water, or your calorie burns are overestimated. Generally stalls in weight loss are due to user error; I went through one myself, and realized I needed to re-evaluate my calorie goal. Weighing my food on a scale the past year has helped me tremendously with accurate calorie logging and learning serving sizes.
