How to get back on track after binge eating for three days?

I overate sugar with folgers black brewed coffe with soda coke too. Overate protein with white rice:(

    Just begin to start eating right TODAY, and remember the past is gone, cant do anything about it..

    Just start NOW.. easy peasy! :)

    We all (everyone I've ever known anyway) fall off the wagon from time to time. Get up, dust yourself off, and climb back on.

    Log EVERYTHING. The numbers staring you in the face should do the trick if nothing else does!

    I agree with the comment above. Today is a new day, try again! :) Also, it might help to seek alternatives. I love rice, but I've been telling myself that every time I want to eat rice, I should make egg pudding instead.

    Another thing that helps is telling yourself to do something else. I tend to eat more when I have nothing on my schedule. Go read a book, walk to the library, look around at the mall, practice cello..etc. Sometimes I tend to eat to occupy my time. So if my time is preoccupied, then I don't have time to over eat.
