Cheating , need motivation and learn how to stay fit

So , I was doing so good for about 4 days ? I went to McDonalds , terrible I couldn't help but to get that caramel frappe , and a side salad with Italian dressing . I ran all the way home ; unfortunately I was doing so well , I went home crying . I just need motivation and self esteem boost

    I'm very healthy and fit...and I had pizza last night for dinner...big *kitten* deal. so you had a frappe...big *kitten* deal. and what on earth is wrong with a salad with italian dressing? I have one almost every single day.

    get a grip...if you think you're going to never miss a workout or going to be 100% on your nutrition 100% of the time, you are in for a very long and bumpy and painful ride.

    Everyone has a set back. If you want it eat it - even if it's bad. Maybe eat just half of what you get. You satisfy the craving and you haven't cheated as bad as you think. Just pick back up with your clean eating at your next meal!
