HEALTHY SNACKS

Options
I love snacking more then anything .... especially when I'm watching movies with friends. I don't particular like popcorn, and candies aren't the best idea. whats the best snack for movie nights? I also don't like a lot of sugar.

I really like frozen grapes, because it slows down how much i eat due to the temprature, and its tasty. Any ideas like that?

Pistachios. They take a while to eat because of the cracking open. Sunflower seeds in the shell if you want the long lasting snack.

Any type of nuts / fruit.
    Hummus + celery
    Plain Greek yoghurt with fruit.
    Frozen marshmallows for a treat.

Personally I just use protein shakes, protein coffee or cheese as a snack.

I love frozen blueberries. They temporarily stain my mouth though, haha.

I was going to say grapes, but then you said you didn't want sugar, so I wasn't going to say it, but then you said grapes were okay.

If grapes are okay, then raspberries and cherries...all the berries, really. It's that time of year! Thank God. In wish fruit was in season all year. :)

Edamame is a great snack item, but is suddenly harder to find, at least around here. Not sure what's up there.
