Dark chocolate after dinner; take out a "serving" (or half "serving") put the rest away. Eat & enjoy! If you want more go chew a piece of sugar-free gum.

Hello. I have a horrible sweet tooth and what helps me is a plain rice cake with natural peanut butter with any fruit. My favorites are strawberries or bananas or apples as an added topping

No sugar added coconut ice cream
Coconut whipped cream and a small amount of strawberries
Chocolate smoothie: 1-2 cups milk/almond milk/whatever you've got!, 1/2 banana, 2 tbsp peanut butter (optional), 2-4 tbsp cocoa powder
    99% dark chocolate
Chocolate chia seed pudding or just chia seed pudding. Cut back on sweetener, use fruit, or use alternative sweetener to cut back on carbs.

I tried sugar free nesquik hot chocolate with whipped cream and a few marshmallows at first but now I also just keep dark chocolate squares and Fudgsicles around and it's helped. Jello Chocolate pudding too!
