Found a fun new way to get in a quick workouy

I work from home and do not have any gym equipment. So I have to get creative with my workouts on my breaks through the day. Last night I was out at karaoke and we did the Cupid Shuffle. Wow...hello quick workout! I definitely feel it in my thighs and calves while I am doing it. I have begun throwing the song on and doing the dance twice through on my breaks. I mive my arms and core more so I get even more of a workout. I started looking up otger line dance style videos on youtube and learned "Wobble" and a Blurred Lines dance today :)

    Kind of but it is a little easier on my knee! I have a partially torn ACL so I can't do a lot of the movements that are in Zumba. I have tried Aqua Zumba though and that is much better for my knees. :)
