Do you workout on the days that you waitress? Also, how many calories do you think you burn during a shift of serving? I am a server at the Texas Roadhouse and am constantly moving quickly and my shifts are about 5 hours long.. I don't know if I should count this as exercise or be working out too?

I work about 30 hours a week serving and I don't count my shifts as exercise, I just have my activity level set to lightly active. I also work out 6 days a week. I guess you could count serving as exercise if you set your activity level to sedentary, but it's up to you!0
