When you put your mind to it, losing weight is quite easy. I worked fast food for years and that's actually when I was a smaller weight. You just have to eat before and after work and take small snacks for your breaks if need be. If you are dedicated and track your calories that's all that matters. Weight loss is nothing but a calorie deficit. You don't need money to exercise. Get out and walk, do videos from YouTube (if available in your country), just do jumping jacks, any movement is exercise. I wish you the best of luck in the future and congrats on the engagement!0

Congratulations and good luck! I was 18st, now 15st 5 lbs after 5 months. It's a wonderful feeling.
I work in a hotel and there's temptation everywhere. I just said one day, no more. A friend told me to imagine the foods I'm tempted to pick at covered in something disgusting. I did that, and believe it or not, it's really helped! I don't pick any more. Three meals a day, two snacks an I'm actually enjoying it with the help of MFP.
It can be done, but you really have to want to do it. If you're just doing it because you feel you should, you won't want to stick at it. Good luck0 -
Congratulations on your engagement. try and exercise at the same time, i find its easier then to make it a habit. You tube is great for free exercise videos. try walking to work or taking a walk at lunchtime once you get in the habit you're start to find time to do more.0
