Eating out

well I'm of to the cinema tonight and I'm eating out. Been good all week so I want something tasty but don't want to destroy all my hard work, any ideas?

    Get a meal you want and box up half. It works well for me, although once a week I do have a cheat meal so I can eat something like Mexican and not worry. I've consistently lost a pound a week doing this. One splurge type meal, should you go that route, won't ruin your success. Don't go crazy and order one of everything, but you can enjoy yourself and hop back on the wagon tomorrow.

    If you know where you're going, see if they publish their calories. Or if you're deciding at the time, when you get there see if you can quickly find it on your phone. If that fails, you can either go for something that sounds reasonably low calorie, or you could ignore the diet tonight and eat what you want, then either eat a few calories less for the next few days to make up for it, or just write it off and carry on as normal tomorrow.
