Arm exercises equivalent to machines?

I no longer have access to the gym but I would do..

30 reps on the overhead press 25 lbs
30 reps on the chest press 25 lbs
30 reps on the lat pulldown 37.5 lbs
everyday.

I don't want to lose any arm muscle and I like the way my chest looks too, so what are some equivalent exercises I can do to work the same muscle groups, possibly more?
Also, I have 8lb dumbbells so how many reps would I have to do of the exercises so that it is equivalent to the machines?

    Look on bodybuilding.com for those exercises and they will give you either alternates or at-home versions you can do.
