If one does not have a Body Media or Fitbit how do you determine the calories burned when working out to an exercise video?
I'm not sure how the "strength training" search of the exercise section works. I have searched for all kinds of strength exercises and it always come back with no results found. Am I only able to add my own exercises here and not search a database?
Thanks for your help and advise.

A hrm would help you figure out for sure how much calories you burn during a fitness DVD. The calories burned on this are just estimates. Hrm more accurate.0
