2 Minute Drills?

So I was wondering what are some of the better things to add to my two minute drills. As of right now I am doing sit-ups/push-ups/pull-ups/jumping jacks/squats/ and Lunges. I want to add at least four more items to that so that I have a good steady hour of workouts.
Mainly because I am getting ready for boot-camp and want to be able to get a max score on the fitness test. I also run twice a day.

Do you workout every day?
I would suggest changing some runs for interval sprints, this increases fitness massively.
Also do you use a gym?
If not burpees are a must! It's the ultimate body weight evercise.
Other than that you have the basics, try doing different type of pull-ups/press ups/ sit ups. Eg do 1 set of close grip underhand pull-ups (biceps), then later on do wide grip over hand (back).
Different grips and positions will use different muscles and give a full body workout adding it to what you do already.
Also drops slowing your reps right down to make it harder.

True burpees are one of thee best workouts I've known, though at being 227ishLbs, and been more focusing on weightloss then muscle gain I have lost some muscle(more then I had planned for). So burpees as of right now are not in the book.
But even though I love the info you gave me, my body can't quite do certain parts of it yet.
As of right now I'm more looking for different types of exercises to add to my 2-minute drills, so that I am working out for at least an hour.
Though for the running I will definitely start doing so more interval sprints, because that will probably always be the harder part for me.0 -
How about thrusters. Do you have access to free weights? You could add a plank too. Squat thrusts? Leg raises? I do burpees without the push up so it's more like a squat thrust with a jump.0

Don't forget the hammies! Hip thrusts, bridges and stiff-leg KB swings can help.0

As of right now, I am more looking for workouts without weights, until I can get my body back into a decent shape and then go over to weights again. Mainly because I am still losing weight, about 2-4lbs a week, my main goal is to get ready for boot camp, which also does very little with weights, and if I just go and bulk up now it can help but it won't help as much as going more of a natural strength.0
