I think heaviness is dependant on arm size vs height. For instance, my arm is 13.6875" and my height is 74". If you divide 74 by 3 and multiply it by the square of my arm size then divide by 10, that would mean that roughly 463 pounds is heavy to me. This is correct, i believe this to be heavy.

According to your math sir, I lift 617.1lbs. Does that quantify as a heavy lifter?

I messed up. You're supposed to divide by 20 and be able to squat, bench, and deadlift that number to be considered a heavy lifter.
