I understand. I try not to think too much about it. I'm exercising, I feel better than in a long time. I just try to stay around my calorie limit. I may have to increase a little more. but will know in a few weeks. Keep doing what your doing I think. Congrats on feeling better.0

If my carbs get too low, I lose a LOT of energy. But I have a cellular disorder that affects that, so I'm specialer that way. lol.
I also get modest muscular hypertrophy as a woman. :P IMPOSSIBLE! you say. Um, no, myotonias usually come with hypertrophy.0
