Definitely the way to go: a few slivered almonds on green beans, sauté some asparagus in a little butter, put some peanut butter on celery, add seeds and nuts to a salad. Save some calories for a bit of ice cream. As long as you are accurately tracking your calories, you will not gain weight. And since fat is satiating, you won't necessarily miss the volume of food you were eating.0 -
Maybe you could get "volume" in your diet from non starchy vegetables instead of low fat products? Then supplement with more moderate portions of healthy fats.0
