I lost my cherry...

I tried cross fit for the first time yesterday. We did this 11 station circuit wokout. amazing. Burpees, pushups, v ups, squats, kettlebells, etc and it was SO FREAKING HARD. But I am so proud to say that I made it through the whole workout and I'm gonna be going again.

But man o man. I have NEVER been so sore in my entire life. The workout was only 45 minutes, but it hit every muscle group.

For those that are into crossfit, will I feel this sore after every workout... does it get easier. And if I work out like this 3x a week and also include a couple hours of cardio a week, how long till I will see results. Ie inches gone, more visible muscles.
