should I log as work out or would it just be daily activity?

so quick question about logging work outs. I started a new job about a month ago and have a pedometer app on my phone, according to the app I usually walk 9-10 miles on the days I work(3-4 a week). would that count as exercise or just daily activity? not sure if I should log it as exercise not

Probably not exercise, but casual walking.0

If i don't get my heart rate up for at least 20 minutes steady i don't log it as excersise0
