About how many calories should I have in each meal/snacks? I'm having weird days where my breakfast is 50% of my calories for the day and ones where my snacks are the most? What would be the best amount for each meal?

This is totally personal preference. Find whatever works best for you.

You can eat 100% of your calories in one meal but you're sure gonna be hungry before you can eat again.

Typically most pick one meal per day as your large meal and allocate maybe 40-50% of calories to that meal. Divide your remaining calories between other meals and snacks.

It takes time to determine what works for you.

Everyone is different based on their own personal caloric needs. For example, what works best for me is 350 for breakfast, then a 100-150 cal snack, 350 for lunch, a 100-150 cal snack, and then about 250-300 cal for dinner. A little give or take, but I try to break it up evenly throughout the day so I don't crash.
