I cannot with any confidence figure out the nutritional value for the White Chocolate Mocha Syrup that Starbucks uses.
Per pump, per gram, per oz, anything would help me. There are so many conflicting choices in my APP from 25 calories per pump to 120. That is quite the difference.
Does anyone have an idea on where to find accurate nutritional data?
I make my own espresso at home at purchased the syrup straight from Starbucks because I can't afford $5 coffee, haha.
There is no nutritional data on the packaging.

I think most of their regular syrups are 60cals/pump, but Im not sure about that one0

Someone else may have an easier answer. But if you have the same pump:
Look up nutrition info on the Starbucks website for a tall latte and a tall white mocha with no whipped cream. The difference is the calories in 3 pumps of white mocha (tall has 3 pumps).0 -

Great idea. It ends up being closely inline with the 60 calorie entries on my fitness pal.
Difference between the two drinks:
160 Calories
3g Fat
32g Carbs
Theoretical vs MFP 60 calorie Entry per pump
Calories: 53/60
Fat: 1g/1.5g
Sugar: 10.33g/11g
That is close enough for me to trust more in the MFP 60 calorie entry.
The only variable left is are the pumps being used in store at Starbucks the same ones they ship with the syrup.
Thanks!
