I generally remind myself of how good I feel after a workout, at this point I crave that tired, sweaty shaky yet completely full of energy feeling I get when I've finished. Maybe it's because it relieves my anxiety and stresses every day or it's just become a habit too.

When I don't want to workout: 'I never regret it when I do, but I always regret it when I don't'
When I want to binge eat on unhealthy food: 'I never regret it when I don't, but I always regret it when I do!'

It reminds me that, however I feel at that present moment in time (i.e. like skipping the gym and going home for pizza and icecream), I'm in this for the long run and not to give in for temporary satisfaction. I know I'll regret not going to the gym/eating the crappy food and that I'm only sabotaging myself, but I need reminding. In fact, I think I need this tatooed on my body somewhere! XD

Loving all the motivational quotes from everyone else too :)
