Pregnant & Gaining Weight

Even though the app says I can't gain as much weight as I probably will end up gaining I am hoping this will help me eat healthier meals and watch my nutrition.

you know what - as a mum of one i would have to disagree. unless you have an eating disorder i would just encourage you to eat a healthy variety of foods to nourish yourself and your baby and dont stress.
