Preparing for a body building comp

I had 27.5%, weighed 87kg. 5 months on im now down to 18% BF and weighing in at 77.5kg and increasing my muscle. Last 2 weeks i given 150% with 10 gym session's a week with 5 cardio session's at 30 mins. I feel great and sticking to diet 100% with no cheats. Can anyone provide how they prepared themselves for comp
