hi people. I'm new here. I've been battling with my weight for years. About two years ago I dropped almost 100lbs and was in the best shape of my life. Then I started a relationship and my work out plan started to slow down and my dieting stopped. Too many dinner and movie nights. Well long story short, I've put back on about 40 lbs in the past two years. I feel like the old me and I don't like it. I've been having trouble getting back into the old lifestyle (gym & dieting) so I thought if I keep track of it on here it might help. Well looking forward to making new friends. Later...

Its hard when you know you can do it because you've done it before, but can't always find the motivation. The best thing I can tell you is track everything with a digital food scale if you want to be accurate. The gym can be fun if you pick workouts and equipment you enjoy doing. Wishing you the best of luck.0
