Can someone please remind me how to change my weight? I have lost 2 lbs wanna document it.. thanks

    Congrats!
    On a computer-I rarely do it. I'm sorry!
    On your tablet/smartphone-On MFP app homepage, tap the spinning blue/white plus sign thingy. Select "weight." Enter your new weight. Rejoice as MFP creates a drop in the little line graph and, if you so choose, a message on your wall. Repeat as needed until healthy weight is reached.

    on the computer if you go to "My Home", there should be a little scale with a + sign just under your photo...click on that and then you can enter new weight. OR...from "My Home" click on the "check in" link and you will get to where you enter your new weight.
