Best natural ways to boost protein in your meals

Afternoon Folks,

I'm sure most of us have been there, but at times I find it hard to meet my protein Macros with Natural food (no protein powders), so I wanted to ask if any of you have any good/efficient/easy methods for doing this??

It actually seems like a bit of a stupid question to me after reading back on it but sure I'll post it anyway lol.

    Lean meats
    Fish (salmon, sardines, tuna, etc)
    Eggs
    Tofu
    Quinoa
    Lentils, black beans, chickpeas, black eyed peas, etc
    Greek yogurt
    cottage cheese

    easiest way is to eat more meat with your meals. If your watching calories get a leaner turkey breast or chicken breast. Snack on eggs, can or pouches of tuna, greek yogurt, cheese. Make omelettes with eggs or egg whites.
