Eating at TDEE-20%

About 1 month ago I switched from eating 1200-1300 calories to Tdee minus 20%. I was just wondering about how long it took peoples bodies to adjust and start losing again?

I actually lost right away but I plateaued after losing about six pounds so I went to TDEE -15% but I've been gaining so I'm not sure what's going on. It worked for awhile though

I have lost nothing! I am doing TDEE-20% and my activity is lightly active( I feel do more than that but I do sit al day so I set it to that). I have trouble eating the amount I need to! I've actually gained also and so I'm not sure what's going on with me either!0

I think it was just a few weeks for me. Been eating with the TDEE method for over a year, reached goal weight, dropped a pants size, and best of all, lost and am still losing the FAT! I'm on TDEE minus 10-15% now.0
