another rainy day in Ohio. What or how do you stop cravings on rainy days?

    Hello from Columbus! :)

    You can still get out, and do stuff on rainy days. You might not be able to go to the park, but there is plenty to do elsewhere. Heck, even go to the gym, if you have a membership. Doing other things is always the best way to stop cravings from taking you over.

    I would suggest staying away from the cooking shows though.
