I'm really thinking about getting a fitness device such as a Fitbit, but I'm not really familiar with them and don't know if there are better ones out there. Help! I could really use some good advice. Thanks in advance

Your Fitbit burn is TDEE, the number of calories to maintain your current weight. When you connect your accounts, MFP adjusts your calorie goal every day to TDEE minus deficit.
