I love to lift I'm really into my training but it does get boring so you need to switch it up abit so anyone out there has some new ideas for workouts add me :)

    I kinda took a bit from one, a bit from another etc and created my own 12 week program

    I'm subscribed to joedonnellyfit.com. there the workouts change every week. I really enjoy them. check out his fb for sample workouts.
