Hello I am new here

Hello I am new here.. my goal is to become more healthy. I have been tracking what I eat and am amazed at how many calories are in the things I consume. I have never been a size two nor do I want to. slowly the weight has crept up on me. I know all the nights I worked late and ate at ten o'clock at night did not help. The Fast food cause it was convent. However the last few years I have been dealing with medical issues I weigh the most I have ever weighed in my life. I am not gaining just staying. when MY BFF gave me a gym membership for a year so I am going to work on being healthier.
