Hi
Ive been using the myfitnesspal app for ages, but only just realised there was a community (i ony just realised there was a website at the same time) purely by chance, after a google search.
Im currently sitting at 115kg, down from 120kg, 193cm, ideally id like to get my weight down below 105kg but despite losing alot of body fat ive gained alot of muscle, so im not too bothered about getting down to 105kg providing i continue being healthier and excercising.
my main excercise is cycling, road cycling and mountain biking, running, brazilian jiu jitsu, and Stronglifts 5x5 with a few other gym based activities depending on my mood and how busy the gym is.
ive done a couple of 10ks and im hoping to do a tough mudder at some point, injuries, torn calf muscles and damaged AC joint, have put that on hold for this year, but ill get back into full training soon and get on it.
