Hello everyone. I am comfortable with my current weight but I do want to tone up. Thus far my methodology has been weight training with some cardio, am I going in the right direction?

Your cardio to lifting (weights) should be about 70-20% and change the way you like through your journey, good luck!!0

Yep. You just need a small deficit, unless you're thinking recomp?0
