Need some support and motivation

Hi I am new to dieting and would like some motivation. I'm addicted to chocolate and I'm a chocoholic. I want to lose weight but need some help. Is there anyone on here that could give me some support please. Thanks

    I love chocolate too, and crisps plus fizzy drinks! I can't do them in moderation, so I have given them up as I find it easier to have none. It is working so far, joined 10 days ago and lost 4 lbs! How r u getting on with calorie counting, I am tracking everything and making sure I eat well but also leave some for food I love (like bread mad in my bread maker and sweet tea - with half sugar)!     There are always alternatives to the foods you crave, why not melting a small amount on top of rice cakes, or better yet, reach for dark chocolate instead, its nowhere near as bad for you in large amounts
