Can I do light calisthenics every day or do I need rest days in between? Push ups, sit ups, squats, dead lifts, etc. I'm currently doing three reps of 20 for each and feeling it the next day in my arms/chest only.

If you are sore, I would rest. No need to push it. Over time, your body will adapt where you will be able to do calisthenics almost everyday. Eventually, you will get to the point where your calisthenic routine will look like art. That's when you can record your routine, put it on YouTube, and become a YouTube star0
