Busy Working Mom of Four Looking...

to be the example of healthy eating and being physically active for my family. Just had baby number four in March and started a healthier lifestyle to lose 100lbs in total. One week into it, i'm seven lbs down and enjoying clean eating and exercising with my family. This week's goal has been about staying focused, determined to lose and staying active while eliminating processed foods and sugar. Sounds like a lot now that I put it in writing but It's been a great week accomplishing this goal with my husband and oldest child (12yo). If you're in my same situation, let's share insights or support for continued focus on this journey.

    I had baby number 3 in december, and struggle to carve out time to stay on task with healthy eating and exercise. I too would like to lose a out 100 lbs. I will send you a request.
