Ready for a change

I am starting this once again after being depressed for a bit. But I am feeling better and want to start losing the weight I put on. I start a new job tomorrow and I am nervous, but I know its where I want to be. I want to feel like myself again. So today is a new day and fresh start. I need all the help I can to stay accountable for keeping track of what I do and eat. So friends would be nice.
