Determined but Struggling

Hello all! I am determined to lose weight! I log in everyday amd workout about 4-5 days a week. I want to start working out more, so I can eat more but I get so flipping tired after work! I love food! I love to cook and most all, I love to EAT! It's not that I eat bad, I just eat a lot! I am forever hungry, though I know moderation is key! I would love to gain some support, as I love to support others myself. I will nkt let food and laziness win! Who's with me!!??

    Good for you! Love your determination!
    Moderation is key I think. I love ice cream in the evening and have started eating Skinny Cow or Weight Watchers ice cream instead. It DOES taste good and satisfies my craving.
