Last and final chapter

i am on my last chapter of my weight loss journey. I started September 2014 and I now weigh 4 stone less (56 lbs) I want to lose another 6lbs ... This is all ... Not so easy when u already done 56lbs. I would love to hit this target in 4 weeks time. (First holiday abroad that I will be wearing a bikini EVER). I am looking for encouragement and support ... Please come and join me on this last chapter. Will I do it ??????....
