Hi, I'm Dee and I just started Day 1 of My Fitness Pal. I ate pretty well for breakfast and worked out (can't forget to log that in haha!) for a good 20mins on strength and endurance. I do hope to get healthier not only for myself, but also to motivate others and let them know they can do whatever they put their mind to!
