Hi, I'm new to the site .. I'm 42, 5'4" and want to lose about 70 lbs. Since turning 40 I've really been struggling with my metabolism, its gotten really hard to lose weight. Would really like to hear from others in the same boat, always looking for tips as I get serious about doing it the right way, eating less and adding exercise to my routine. Would love to find some accountability friends to help me keep on track!
