counting steak calories question

I found the usda info I need to count the glorious steak calories I will be devouring tonight. Does anyone know if that info is for raw or cooked meat?
My guess is raw because the more it cooks the less it will weigh (and the less it will taste amazing) but I'm hoping to be wrong and therefore be able to consume even more delectable cow flesh.
Thanks for your help and Happy Father's Day to any Dads reading this, I hope steak is in your future too.

Most of the time, the USDA entries will say raw, cooked, broiled, etc.0
