I have searched both the fitness pal db and google for flounder calorie count. I have seen a range of 200-429 calories for 10 ounces of flounder (baked, dry-cooked, raw, not specified.) Can anyone explain, clarify, offer suggestions? Thank you.

Explanation = baked flounder has less moisture than raw, so more calories per ounce.
Consensus for raw seems to be 20-25 calories per ounce.0 -
I googled also and got 20 calories per oz raw, and about 40 calories per oz cooked (baked). Sounds about right from what I remember last time I bought it frozen in a package.0

The non-asterisked entry (which is what I'd use) has 86 calories for 100 grams cooked (or 73 calories for 3 oz). Obviously you should also log separately any additions like butter or oil when cooking.0
