Is there a sequence to Jillian Michaels DVDs

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone knows if there is a sequence to Jillian Michaels workouts. For example should I start on 30 day shred then 6 week 6 pack, then Banish Fat, Boost metabolism etc etc?

I have done 30 day shred numerous times then I have done 6 week 6 pack twice. I then went back to 30 day shred and found that too easy.
I have just done Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism and found it a good workout and maybe even more difficult than the other 2 but I'm not sure because you always find the first few times of doing a workout hard, don't you?

What do you all think?

    Google the Jillian Michaels 30 Day slim down, it gives a good routine with her workout DVDs :)

  • Try Ripped in 30, if 30DS is too easy. It's a great follow-up! I haven't tried her others, but those two are a good sequence.

    I am currently doing the 30DS but I want to try the Slimdown next. How would you log in the other videos to MFP-as circuit training too?
