"Healthy weight" is generally a range with a fair amount of play in it. Therefore, you have a couple of options. You can either continue to eat at deficit and reduce your fat until you don't have as much left on you to wobble (which will probably help out your face, as much as anything can.). OR you can work on building muscle and "recompositioning" to a muscle/fat ratio in increasing favor of muscle. That will prevent you from looking too "skinny" if that's a concern for you, and it will allow you to eat more while still maintaining your weight (if that's on your list of things that would be awesome). There is a great thread on how to recomp in the GOALS: Maintaining Weight section, but as Lifting4Lis suggested, it will involve lifting heavy things AKA weight lifting.0
