changing calorie intake goal

Hi
I opened an account in 2013 and set a goal of 1200 calories a day. I didn't get too far and dropped off. My daughter is on board and it's working for her and I'm ready to revisit the process to achieve my goals. I want to set a more realistic start for myself at 1400 calories a day but can't find where to change it from 1200 to 1400. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
thanks
