Ideas for Logging Calories in Marinated Veg Salads?

I make a lot of marinated vegetable salads. So much of the marinade is left in the bottom of the bowl and never consumed. Any creative, helpful ideas for how others have counted these calories and macros when entering a recipe into recipe builder?
