Hi I am back. It seems the older I am the more I think I shouldn't need any support but I find that I need it more.

    You got this! The main reason people fall off the wagon= they don't have a solid reason to stick with their program. Find your "why", find a solid program and keep connected with your support system. Feel free to add me.
