Hey... trying this app out.. Hoping it will be a great tool to help me stay on track.. Trying to lose 100 Ilbs..

Start by changing your attitude and say
I am going to lose 100 lbs
Eat less, move more
Weigh ALL your food on a food scale dont use measuring cups or spoons or serving sizes, but WEIGH it!
Log it, be honest and patient and you will lose weight just like the rest of us here
