it has taken so long to to get my mind in the right place and decide to take action about my weight. I'm eating what I want to, in moderation. I've lost 15 pounds in the last month and a half. A lot is water too . Cut out a lot of salt,soda, ice cream. Keeping track instantly or even before I eat something has been really good for me .. Walking around more has helped with moods lol
