My first goals

First thanks for everyone who friended me I appreciate the support. I had a talk to a dr this week and we had a good talk. He wants me to focus on a small goal of just 10 lbs a year. since I'm on this 4 year plan with other things in my life I decided to give my self a goal of 25 lbs year for 4 years. If it goes faster *yay*
To start off my new life of eating healthy I am focusing on just the following
1) more veggies make meals veggie centric
2) eat fruit
3) drink water
4) no cake, ice cream, atomic fireballs ( my sugar addictions)
5) no diet coke
